Time is the currency
of the future.
None of us wants to die. That's just the truth. And as I got older I started to realize I had to take better care of my body if I wanted to stick around for as long as possible.
So I started reading. Aubrey de Grey on damage repair. Ray Kurzweil's The Singularity Is Near. David Sinclair on NAD+ and sirtuins. Peter Attia on the four horsemen. And the more I read, the more I became convinced that we might actually be able to hit what's called the longevity escape velocity. The point where science extends your life faster than you age. Indefinite healthy lifespans. Not science fiction anymore, but something people are seriously working on.
But I also realized I couldn't just wait for it. I had to start now. So I did. NMN and NR for NAD+ support. Creatine for muscle and brain energy. Vitamin D because almost everyone is deficient. And I'm still looking into the wider landscape of supplements, testing things, reading the studies, adjusting.
The problem is that the science is scattered everywhere. Buried in journals, locked behind paywalls, or hidden inside 3-hour podcasts. I wanted one place that just tells you: here's what the research says, here's who stands behind it, and here's what makes sense for you. That's why I built HumanOS.
Maybe we can live forever. Maybe we can't. But I want to try. And I want to share what I've learned along the way.
My current stack
Still researching, still learning. This list will probably change as new evidence comes out.
